I saw a clue on Jeopardy last night. The answer was to accomplish this, you would have to travel 13 mph. The answer was Around the World in 80 Days (it was a movie category). I guess we would be going a lot slower to achieve this in 98 days, but we only have five hours.
Tom and I are chairpersons for the 98th Charity Ball. (Now you get why we chose 98 days–I hope.) It’s been a fun journey to give back to the community. Our efforts and the generosity of our guests are for an endowment for Women’s Health. We did some searching for our decorations, planned an interesting dinner menu, created/designed the logo, and in the next two days we bring it all together. It is going to be a whirlwind, but I can’t wait to see it all set up and ready to great our 170+ guests.
Why am I posting this? Well, to let you know that after all this is over, I’ll have more time to edit some video/audio and post more deleted scenes from Cloaked. I did manage to get a few hours of work on book five done in the last few weeks. Thank you for all your support and we’ll see you on the flip side. (I hope to snatch a few photos to share here of the ball.)
